Basically, it's a box subscription service. Most of the time, you see this with beauty themes. This one is all healthy eating. Seriously, in our box, nothing was over 225 calories.
It comes with 4 different snacks, perfectly portioned, for $5. Cody and I went on their website and went through all the foods they offered and selected "try it" "like" or "love." Then I went into the settings and told them to send only the foods we like or love so I'd be sure we'd get something we'd really like.
We ended up with 2 for me and 2 for him.
He got the "My Thai" which is sweet chili with baked soy bites and the "Yaki Soba" which is "soba peanut, edamame beans, chili and lemon chickpea noodles and chili broad beans." He said both were so good, he didn't even know he was eating healthy, especially the "My Thai."
I had the "Festival Fruits" which was a bunch of different dried fruit and the "Cookies and Cream" which were some peanuts, sunflower seeds and bits of white chocolate. I wasn't a huge fan of the "Festival Fruits" just because I only like certain dried fruit but the "Cookies and Cream" was so good!
If you want to start eating healthy, but aren't really sure what to buy, I really recommend trying out Graze! It's a great way to try out a variety of different snacks, while still being healthy.
There is a catch though. Right now, the only way to get a Graze box is by using an invite code, at least in the US, because it isn't open to the public yet OR by requesting an invite on their website. I'm not sure how long it takes to get an invite, but if I were you, I'd request one now so that you get in on the fun!

Have you met this amazing blogger?
