Fashion Fancies #5

Welcome to my weekly fashion fancies post. Essentially, I'm going to be taking a color palette and putting together an outfit for it!

In case you haven't noticed, I like to make these outfits as wearable as possible. I mean, sure, I love looking at gorgeous dresses and huge diamond jewelry as much as the next girl, but would I ever wear that? Probably not. Somehow, a ball gown doesn't fit in my weeks of classes, grocery stores and hospitals so I hope I'm accomplishing that goal for you guys and giving you wearable outfits!

So let's get our fashion and design juices flowing with this week with this color palette.

I loved the berry color in this palette, so I wanted to bring it out with a berry cardigan. I paired it with a bluish/light purple tank because for some reason, I've always liked those colors together and have actually worn something similar myself. Of course, I paired it with brown boots. These are ones from Target that I actually own and love so I was excited to see them on polyvore and a brown bag because I'm crazy about my leather matching. The pinks are meant to be subtle throughout the outfit, with just hints of it on the nails, in the bracelet and with the aviator sunglasses. 

As always, I like simple jewelry, so the studs and the heart necklace were perfect for me!
